Zuidas – new financial and business centre

Zuidas – literally, the “southern axis” – is an area situated between Amsterdam city centre and Schiphol Airport. On the Zuidas there is a high concentration of businesses, public institutions and housing. Because the high way is separating the two parts of the Zuidas in future a dock will be constructed. It is the most important infrastructure project in the entire Amsterdam Metropolitan Area.  Circl, a beautiful circular and sustainable pavilion, has been realized by the ABN AMRO and opened in 2017. Valley, designed by MVRDV, exists of three towers with and is with its cantilevered apartments the real eyecatcher in this area. The building consists of 298 apartments, offices, restaurants and cultural facilities such as Sapiens, museum, workshop and debate centre that will open its doors in 2023.
